Formation of the Contract
By placing your order, you make a binding offer to us to enter into a contract with you. We can accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation via email or by delivering the ordered goods. Initially, you will receive a confirmation of the receipt of your order via email to the email address you provided (order confirmation). However, the purchase contract is only concluded when we send our order confirmation by email to you or when the ordered goods are delivered.

Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until all claims have been fully paid.

Prices, Shipping Costs, Return Shipping Costs in Case of Cancellation
All prices are final prices; VAT is not charged in accordance with § 19 (1) UStG. Roczek/Traczinski GbR operates under the small business regulation according to § 19 (1) UStG. Within Germany, the shipping cost is 5 EUR. Outside Germany (EU), the shipping cost is 9 EUR. An additional charge of 1 EUR is applied for each ordered item. In case of cancellation or return, the seller will cover the shipping costs. "Custom" items are not part of the return policy and cannot be exchanged.

Delivery Conditions
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we will ship the goods within 15 business days after receipt of payment. For payment on account or direct debit, we will ship the goods, unless otherwise stated in the offer, within 10 business days after sending the order confirmation. For "Custom" items or "Pre-Orders," the delivery time may take up to four weeks.

Warranty
The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions.

Applicable Law
Only German law applies. This choice of law is applicable to consumers only to the extent that it does not limit mandatory legal provisions of the country in which the consumer has their residence or habitual place of stay.
