Shipping
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Instructions:
- Contact our support team at shop@bcco.berlin to request a return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and receipt.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact our support team to arrange it. We’ll guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
